Bug fixes:
- When searching an associated profile on the transactions page and no results are found, the text is centered (AMP-21187, FIX#45.9.5)

- Users who have a giving passcode but no email receive an ‘Unable to send passcode reset email’ error (AMP-20901, FIX#45.9.6)
- For non-cash transactions, no error is shown on the Transactions page after Notify donor of changes via email is checked and Save is pressed in the View/Edit Transaction window (with or without changes).
- Changes made in View/Edit Transactions are saved and reflected in the Transactions List.
