List member anniversaries and birthdays with the Member Celebrations Tool!
*Note: Please note that this tool works in conjunction with the Members Tool Database; add your content to the database before proceeding.
Add the Members Celebrations Tool to a Page
- Click Add Content.
- Select the Main tab in the Tool Menu.
- Locate the Members Celebrations Tool under Calendar.
- Click and drag the tool to the Main Panel of the page.
- Click into the tool to add content.
- Type a heading in the Add Header field.
- The tool defaults to Active status. (Click to select Inactive if you want to publish the content at a later date.)
- If Active, the tool will be accessible.
- If Inactive, the tool will not be accessible or visible on the page.
- Click Options.
- Select a Default View: Calendar View or List View.
- Select Member Groups- select Select All to include all groups, or select individual groups.
- Select which options to Display on your website.
- Anniversaries
- Birthdays
- Number of Years
- Click Save (or Cancel to discard your changes).
- Click Done (or delete the entire tool by clicking Delete in the Calendar toolbar).
To make any needed edits, simply click into the tool. Click Options to edit Member Celebrations Properties.
*Note: Once added, you can move or copy your tool to another page by clicking Move/Copy in the Member Celebrations toolbar.
Schedule An Access Status Change
You can schedule a tool to become Active or Inactive on a specific date.
- Click into the tool.
- Click Schedule in the Members Celebrations toolbar.
- Select a Date for the status change.
- Select a New Access Status.
- If Active, the tool will be accessible.
- If Inactive, the tool will not be accessible or visible on the page.
- Type your email address(es) in the Notify Email Address(es) field if you want to be notified of the status change.
- Click Save(or Cancel to discard your changes).
