Scheduled Donation Failed to Process
Enable the Scheduled Donation Failed to Process next step to help you keep track of scheduled donations that the bank does not process.
When you enable the Scheduled Donation Failed to Process prompt, the system creates a next step and assigns a due date on the number of days specified after the bank fails to process a scheduled donation. You can then call the donor, send an email message, or do whatever your organization typically does in response to a processing error.
Donated for the First Time
Enable the Donated for the First Time next step to help you keep track of new donors.
When you enable the Donated for the First Time prompt, the system creates a next step and assigns a due date on the number of days specified after any new donor gives for the first time. You can then send a thank you note, arrange a pastor visit, or do whatever your organization typically does in response to a first-time donation.
Donated Within 2 Years, but Not in Last 6 Months
Enable the Donated Within 2 Years, but Not in Last 6 Months Next Step to help you keep track of donors who haven’t given lately.
When you enable the Donated Within 2 Years, but Not in Last 6 Months prompt, the system creates a next step and assigns a due date on the number of days specified six months after the donor’s last donation, as long has they have donated within the past two years. You can then send a reminder note or do whatever your organization typically does in response to an infrequent donation.
*Note: When you first enable this prompt, the system initially looks back at all donors who have donated within the past two years, but not in the last seven months, to include a full month of possible missed donations.
Donated Over Specific Amount
Enable the Donated Over Specific Amount next step and customize the dollar amount to help you keep track of generous donors.
In the Customize Prompt window, you can change the value that triggers the prompt by setting the donation level to any amount your organization considers to be a large donation.
When you enable the Donated Over Specific Amount prompt, the system creates a next step and assigns a due date on the number of days specified after any donor gives a large amount. You can then send a thank you note, publish a notice in the bulletin, or do whatever your organization typically does in response to a generous donation.
