Push Notifications Header & Inbox

With push notifications, you can add a header to add to the user experience and improve brand awareness. Learn how to add a header and see the user experience for receiving notifications below. 

Notifications Header

Above the notification page, a header image may be included. 

Go to the App > Features + Content page in your portal and click the Images dropdown menu under the layout section. 

Add the Image files for both a regular header and landscape header:

• Notifications Header Image 640x400px PNG. Standard image (640x400px PNG or JPEG).
• Notifications Landscape Header Image. (iPad only)1136x200px PNG.

Notifications and Inbox In-App

When you have a new message, a badge will appear on the app icon as well as on the side menu in the app. These will clear automatically once you view the notification.

When you click to view your notifications, you will be taken to a page where all the app's push messages live.

Once selected, the entire message may be viewed.
