I see a scheduled update on my Dashboard. What's up?
Your app is scheduled for an update every six months to ensure that the latest-and-greatest features, hotfixes, and updates are available in-app.
What features will be available with my update?
Our roadmap and feature list is constantly evolving; your app update will include any native feature that's been announced in the previous six months. Keep an eye out for our newsletters for new feature announcements!
My update is in review with Apple and Google. What's that process like?
Once we've submitted an update for review with Apple and Google, the process typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. After approval, we'll turn a few dials and release your update- it will automatically be available worldwide.
If I want to change any graphics as part of my update, how can I do that?
Your app feature button images and home screens can be updated in real time; no update required! If you want to update your app logo, splash screen, or any text for your App Store or Google Play Store listing, those changes require your app to go back through the Apple and Google review process. If you'd like to update these graphics outside of your normal six month update schedule, you have the option of forcing an out-of-cycle update for $199. Just drop our support team a note at email@example.com if you'd like to force an out-of-cycle update.
