When to report an issue
In general, the Diagnostics tool should be used to report app issues that are a suspected bug or related to functionality. Issues related to how the app looks or what is available in the app can be directed to the individual who manages the app for your church.
Navigate to the Diagnostics tool
Diagnostics can be accessed on both Apple and Android for app versions 36.3.0 and higher.
*Note: Diagnostic reports are not sent to the support team directly. A response for reports is not automatic.
Apple:
- Click the three-line menu icon to open the side menu.
- Click Report an Issue.
- Describe the issue in the text box provided.
- Enter your email address and click Send Report.
Android:
- Click the three-line menu icon to open the side menu.
- Click the gear icon to open system options.
- Describe the issue in the text box provided.
- Enter your email address and click Send Report.
